The dish
A proper Northern-Mexican burrito — not the Tex-Mex stuffed-everything version. A 12-inch flour tortilla, refried beans, sliced avocado, pico de gallo and the filling you choose. No rice: rice belongs to the Querida Bowl, not the burrito.
The filling sets the price. Veg fillings (mushroom tinga, rajas con elote, frijoles, papitas, chili, vegan chorizo) are AED 56. Proteins (tinga, pastor, barbacoa, milanesa) are AED 60. Premium (birria, asada steak, camarones, pescado baja) is AED 64.

Why we make it this way
The Northern-Mexican burrito is restrained on filling — the flavours should harmonise, not war. Beans, avocado and one good filling, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla, is the whole idea.
