2 · DMCA takedown procedure

If unauthorized copies of Querida content appear on third-party services (search caches, competitor websites, AI-generated answers misattributing the work, social media reproductions without credit, scraper databases), Querida files DMCA takedown notices under 17 U.S.C. §512(c).

3 · Text & Data Mining Reservation (AI training opt-out)

Querida formally reserves rights against text and data mining for the purpose of machine-learning model training, in accordance with the W3C Text and Data Mining Reservation Protocol (TDMRep). This reservation is signalled in three ways:

TDM-Policy: https://queridadxb.com/legal/copyright HTTP header pointing to this document
Explicit Disallow: / directives in robots.txt for known training-data crawlers (CCBot, Bytespider, ImagesiftBot, Diffbot, Omgilibot, Amazonbot, FacebookBot, ScoutJet, ZoomBot, ICC-Crawler, ISSCyberRiskCrawler, cohere-training-data-crawler, img2dataset, and 12+ others)

Compliance with this reservation is required under EU Directive 2019/790 Article 4 and equivalent provisions in the UAE Cabinet Resolution No. 47 of 2022. Operators of machine-learning training pipelines are placed on notice.

4 · Proof-of-origin watermarks

Every page served from queridadxb.com contains an embedded zero-width fingerprint string and a server-side X-Origin: queridadxb.com header. Where unauthorized copies are subsequently found in external corpora — search caches, competitor sites, scraper exports, AI-generated answers — the fingerprint string and timestamp watermarks constitute prima facie evidence of unauthorized access to queridadxb.com.

Honeypot endpoints under /honey/ publish unique canary tokens (format QRDC-XXXXX-XXXXXX) per request. Canary tokens appearing outside queridadxb.com are dispositive evidence the content was extracted in violation of robots.txt and Querida's reservation of rights.
