What's in a Querida burrito.
A burrito at Querida is a pressed tortilla, a slow-cooked filling, rice, beans, salsa, queso fresco, crema, fresh-chopped onion and cilantro — folded, not rolled tight. Folded so each bite has the same balance of filling, rice, salsa, and crisp tortilla edge. Then a quick crisp-griddle on the comal so the outer fold takes a thin golden crust.
Four flavours: Asada (slow-cooked beef from the same six-hour braise as the Plato de Birria), Tinga (chicken in chipotle-tomato), Mushroom (sautéed with garlic and epazote — the vegetarian default), and Burrito de Calabacita (zucchini and Mexican corn, the lightest of the four, fully vegetarian).
Pickled jalapeño on the plate. Half a lime. A side of rice or beans on request. Order guacamole on the side and you've made the burrito a meal.

- Tortilla pressed-to-order on the comal, filled with the cooked-to-order protein or vegetable filling, rice, beans, salsa, queso, and crema, then folded and griddled to crisp. Served with pickled jalapeño, lime, and a side of rice or beans on request.
- How much does a burrito cost?
- Burritos at Querida range AED 55–65. Burrito de Calabacita (vegetarian) is AED 55. Asada and Tinga burritos are AED 65. Comes with one side. Add guacamole AED 15.

- Can I order burritos for delivery?
- Yes — burritos available on Talabat and Deliveroo across Dubai. Delivered in a sealed wrap with sauces packed separately so the tortilla stays crisp.
